The TopGate Series VoIP gateways dramatically lower the cost of deploying and operating enterprise telephony services while enabling new revenue generating services. Robust support of telephony and IP interfaces, voice processing and network management features enable enterprises to quickly deploy and efficiently maintain the network. 

 

Voice and Call Processing
The Top-Gate Series gateways support a wide variety of standards-based codecs including G.729, G.723.1, G.711, GSM, iLBC and others. Dynamic jitter buffers, adaptive echo cancellation, silence suppression, packet loss concealment and DiffServ packet priority features enable the gateway to provide the highest quality service under the most demanding network conditions.

Interoperability
The Top-Gate Series gateways are compliant with the latest IETF standards for VoIP interoperability. They support MGCP for call control and interworking with the softswitch, and are interoperable with SIP-basedsystems such as SIP proxiesand enhanced services platforms.    

Management
The Top-Gate has an integrated web server that provides a graphical user interface. This feature enables the use of a web browser to configure and monitor the gateways. It also provides multiple access levels and administrator control of user passwords to ensure the network is both secure and easy to manage.
